She meets her former best friend Christa, whose husband Frank seems to have connections to the victim. Ulrike soon suspects that this case leads into her own past and hides important details from her new colleague Larssen that could lead to the perpetrator.

Ulrike and Larssen don't have much time: a second girl is missing. You must find the kidnapped child before he falls victim to the Rune Murderer. Ulrike has no idea that her brother Marc is becoming increasingly involved in the case and the strange girl Ingrid also seems to know more than she dares to say.
