Ertuğrul Bey was captured by Hülya Khan's secret spy Arıkbuka and Albastı, Turgut was seriously wounded, and Mergen and Dumrul Alp were killed. Gündoğdu and Bamsı Ertuğrul set out to save Mr. Bey but could not catch up.
Arıkbuka was not only following Ertuğrul Bey but also Gündoğdu and he had set another trap to catch him. He had put a piece of Ertuğrul Bey's clothes where they wanted to be trapped, and had attracted Gündoğdu and Bamsı towards him. When Bamsı and Gündoğdu fell into the trap of Arıkbuka, Albastı was taking Ertuğrul Bey to a secret cave for questioning. However, Ertuğrul Bey had untied his hands and neutralized Albastı's men. Now Albastı and Ertuğrul Bey were left alone in a tough battle and killed Ertuğrul Albastı.
Ertugrul Bey, who knew Arikbuka's trap, went to the cave to save his brother Gündoğdu and Bamsı and killed Arıkbuka's men and saved his brother and Bamsı. Arikbuka secretly escaped from the war and felt that he would avenge this incident.
