Season 1
Doc centers on the hard-charging, brilliant Dr. Amy Elias, Chief of Internal and Family Medicine at Westside Hospital in Minneapolis. After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she's treated, colleagues she's crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.

Amy, allowed to return to work under strict guidelines, teams up with TJ to treat a patient suffering from mysterious liver problems. Sonya and Jake help an elderly couple navigate the final chapter of their love story.
One Small Step
Amy must confront who she has become after the tragedy that struck her family seven years ago. Sonya and TJ disagree on how to treat a sick Marine, and Amy and Jake make a life-changing discovery about an Alzheimer's patient.
He Ain't Heavy
Amy and Sonya endeavor to help a teen in need of a bone marrow transplant and his younger brother whose own health issues jeopardize disability to donate. Jake deals with a fainting bride and her worried groom. Michael struggles with a secret he's been keeping.
