The lone rangers of the road – Birmingham's paramedic bikers and Essex police biker cops - race through some of the most congested roads and cities in Europe, in a bid to save and protect lives. In the opening episode, the bikers rush to help an 11-yearold who has been hit by a car, and uncover a cannabis haul. Elsewhere, officers deal with the effects of an addict’s heroin overdose, and discover a driver’s potentially lethal weapon.
