Return of the documentary following the work of Britain's busiest air ambulance crews. In Lanchester, heli-medics struggle to free a man trapped in his mangled car. A tree surgeon falls from height in Ashdon, breaking his femur. A motorbike accident in the Peaks sees medics rushing to the aid of Jamie, who has a seriously damaged arm and other fractures.
Episode 2
A head-on car accident in Cumbria leaves Nick's life hanging in the balance, East Anglian heli-meds land on a roundabout island to help Craig who has come off his motorbike and smashed headfirst into a signpost. Plus, medics battle extreme weather conditions to reach a man trapped under his JCB digger.
Episode 3
In Oxfordshire, the heli-medics are dispatched to a motocross track where Mike has come off his bike, falling over 10 feet, and is experiencing altered sensations in both legs. In another motorcycle accident, Luke suffers a serious femur fracture and a piece of his bone is lying on the road. Near Kendal, Moon has a tonic-clonic seizure; and there's drama on the ambulance journey to hospital.

The air ambulance crewsrace to help a teenage motorcyclist who has been hit by a car and catapulted into the air - suffering multiple fractures to his legs and arms. On holiday in Cumbria, a man collapses while working out and his stepdaughter performs CPR to try and keep him alive. On the M40, a man suffers a nasty leg wound when he's trapped in his lorry after being hit from behind.

The heli-medics help a man with a single penetrating wound in his back, but he does not know if he has been shot or stabbed. A cyclist is knocked off his bike.
Episode 6
In Maulden, Yvonne collapses with a cardiac arrest. It's a race against the clock as the heli-medics try to help. In the Peaks, medics land on top of a steep ridge to rescue Donna, who has collapsed while walking. A motorcyclist collides with a car trying to avoid ducks crossing the road and medics fear multiple fractures.
Episode 7
A motorcycle collision on the M25 creates chaos as the heli-medics close carriageways to treat a driver with an injured leg. A runner has a cardiac arrest during a park run and the heli-medics rush to the scene to give lifesaving treatment. Medics near Shepshed are called in to assist Glenn, who has fallen down the stairs fracturing his femur.
Episode 8
Charlie has life-threatening injuries after coming off his dirt bike from a great height. The heli-medics race to treat him as a matter of great urgency. Worried parents watch on as medics treat their five-year-old child who is having seizures.

Heli-medics scramble to the Peak District, where a dirt-buggy smash has left a rider with serious injuries. A farm worker tears his arm using a potato harvester, and Daryl receives three rapid shocks as the medics race to his aid amid concerns of a cardiac arrest.
