On 28 September 1994, the passenger ship M/S Estonia sinks on its way from Tallinn to Stockholm. 852 people lost their lives in the worst shipwreck in post-war Europe. Relatives and survivors have been fighting for almost 26 years to find answers to what really happened on the fateful September night. In the documentary series Estonia, new witnesses appear with their stories, and a new dive into the wreck is carried out in search of the truth.
