The three Espaillat cousins own 15 restaurants and proudly serve everything from Latin street food to their grandparents' traditional Dominican dishes. The Francois family runs a successful food truck that draws on their Alabama roots and military discipline. Host Valerie Bertinelli challenges the two teams to make hometown pork favorites, dishes for a kids' party and a cocktail party and a 20-minute weeknight dinner, and judges Daphne Oz, Isaac Toups and Bryan Voltaggio pick a winner.
