Bochum: Eine Frau ruft verzweifelt die 112 an, ihre Küche steht in Flammen. Mit dem Disponenten in der Leitung kann sie sich und ihre Tochter aus der Wohnung retten, ihre Hunde muss sie zurücklassen. Als die Einsatzkräfte eintreffen, hat sich das Feuer und der Brandrauch bereits stark ausgebreitet. Jetzt schwebt auch die ältere Nachbarin in Gefahr. Können die Feuerwehrleute Menschen und Tiere noch retten?
Und: eine Frau klagt über Bauchschmerzen, die Feuerwehr schickt den Rettungsdienst. Für die Einsatzkräfte birgt dieser Fall eine besondere Herausforderung, die Patienten hat Demenz und kann sich an nichts erinnern.
Außerdem in dieser Folge: auf der Feuerwache findet ein Minigolf-Turnier der besonderen Art statt. Es darf gelacht werden.
