Episode 1 - Day One
It's the first day and with his hotel pedigree, Spencer is put in charge. Joey is given the lowly job of bell boy, and they're off to a shaky start when he gets lost taking the first guests to their room. Lydia is forced to cover for Ashley, who fails to get up for his breakfast shift. Spencer's management style quickly comes under fire as the first ratings are announced, and things go from bad to worse as the celebs throw a disastrous welcome dinner, with one celeb drunkenly offending a guest. It's a chaotic start to the season - can they turn it around?
Episode 2 - Booze Cruise
In the second episode, celebrity employee Ashley Cain gets an official warning due to 'after-hours antics' with a hotel guest. Joey Essex and Holly Hagan organise a pirate-themed booze cruise for the holidaymakers, while Spencer Matthews and Lydia Bright are challenged to plan the perfect romantic proposal for two new lovebirds.
Episode 3 - Birthday Bash
In the third episode, teacher's pet Lydia Bright is put in charge, and tensions flare between Joey Essex and Spencer Matthews. While Ashley Cain and Holly Hagan put on an exclusive birthday bash, Joey plans a rather 'unique' after party. Spencer gets a shock, and guest gossip causes sparks to fly.
Episode 4 - Man Down and Hen Do
In the fourth episode, with Spencer off sick, Lydia is left to manage the hotel and she's a man down. After a penis-themed hen do, Spencer returns and is eager to voice his disapproval. Ashley delivers his version of Five Star service to the hen party, with potentially disastrous results, while Joey and Spencer attempt to bury the hatchet.
Episode 5 - The Axe
In the fifth episode, news of Ashley's antics reaches the hotel and all hell breaks loose. The staff push to try to get good final ratings for the end of the week. To the shock of Lydia and Spencer, Mario demands a tough decision, and one of the team is sent packing.
Episode 6 - Speed Dating
The celebs dust themselves off and welcome a new bunch of guests. It's singles week and the celebrity staff's mission is match-making. Joey and Lydia host a karaoke evening, and Joey's head is turned. Will this distract him from playing Cupid? Spencer organises speed dating, and romantic sparks fly between the holiday makers. And a surprise new celeb joins the team.
Episode 7 - Greek Night
New staff member Charlotte Dawson makes quite a stir on her first breakfast shift and guest Georgina is not impressed. Lydia sets the guests on dates, but Charlotte discovers an ex is staying at the hotel and she has plans of her own. Spencer is keen to get things back on track with a Greek night at the hotel.
Episode 8 - Love Triangle
Lydia is determined to get back on top, and Charlotte faces a telling off. After some shock revelations during drinking games, the celebs host a 21st birthday. Guests Connor and Georgina have a date, and Spencer is unaware that a love triangle is brewing.
Episode 9 - Love is in the Air
Spencer is involved in a dating mix-up which could spell disaster. Love is truly in the air with the arrival of new guests. Joey and Lydia take on the biggest challenge the hotel has faced. But will Holly and Charlotte's bad behaviour jeopardise their chances of Five Star success?
Episode 10 - Wedding Blessing
With the wedding blessing just a day away, the happy couple are less than delighted. Spencer tries to build bridges, and Lydia confronts Holly. Can the team turn it around and host a ceremony worthy of a Five Star review? Could this be the end of the road for one celeb?
Episode 11 - Welcome Dinner
Joey must deliver devastating news. A fresh celeb clocks in for duty. Lydia causes a storm at a chaotic welcome dinner for the new guests. Charlotte hosts a white party. And sparks begin to fly between Spencer and the newest member of staff.
Episode 12 - Birthday Bash
Spencer and James lock horns. Joey and James visit a goat farm. Lovebirds Connor and Georgina call things off. And Charlotte's birthday bash ends with a bang.
Episode 13 - Classy Barbecue
A new manager is appointed. Joey organises a rave. Charlotte gets friendly with guest Toby. And a classy barbecue leads to a staff revolt.
Episode 14 - Fever Pitch
In the penultimate episode, things reach fever pitch when an argument breaks out at the morning meeting. Inspectors visit the hotel as some of the celebs let the team down. And James's double role is revealed.
Episode 15 - The Finale
In the final episode, all eyes are on the coveted Employee of the Season trophy. The celebs vie for improved ratings at the end of season party. The final guests check out and it's time for the winner to be announced.
