Onkwetsbaar
Britt is sworn in as commissioner. She is counting on her to succeed Nadine Vanbruaene as team commissioner, but her new-fangled colleague Van Reeth has set his sights on that position.
When Nadine is beaten up after Bruno and Nick's prank gone wrong, Britt must prove in the most ungrateful circumstances that she is more than worthy of the title of Team Commissioner.
Spoorloos
After a botched carjacking at a garden center, two robbers drag the manager's wife away and dump her. In the icy winter night, Britt and her team organize the search for Mrs Bosman. It becomes a race against time, as in these dire conditions her chances of survival diminish by the hour.
Bruno gets the new head of the Internal Supervision Service, John Nauwelaerts, after him. But that has nothing to do with his joke that got out of hand.
Stinker
Reluctantly, Pasmans and Raymond rescue a maddened dog from a dilapidated terraced house. In the living room they find the gnawed corpse of a man. They can't agree on whether the man was murdered or committed suicide.
Britt, Merel and Sofie continue to search for the robbers at the garden center. Sofie in particular is convinced that they will strike again. She bites into the matter.
Coma
Sophie is in a coma. Britt and her team doggedly search for the two robbers who shot Sofie. One of the tracks leads to an old friend of Raymond's: Giovanni di Renzo, a shady car dealer.
Giovanni claims he's changed his life since he's about to become a daddy. His wife is due to give birth at any moment. Meanwhile, Nick stays in the hospital with Sofie, who is fighting for her life.
Sofie
Sophie dies. The team is hit hard, but more determined than ever, they set out to find the killer.
Infatuated with anger and grief, however, Nick commits an unforgivable professional mistake. He draws his revolver amidst a group of children playing.
Britt tries to protect him from himself and from John Nauwelaerts, the head of the Internal Supervision Service. She takes all the blame and offers to resign. But that has not been taken into account by Nauwelaerts...
Sporen
A student is raped and asks the help of two female detectives. Britt and Merel try to treat the girl with the necessary tact, but Commissioner Nauwelaerts wants a quick result. He seems only interested in the facts and Merel has a hard time with that.
Bruno also doesn't like the fact that his stepfather has suddenly become his boss, especially when he saddles him with the dreaded 'Mustache'
Lucas Bukas
Britt and Merel investigate the drug death of an inmate and are introduced to Lucas, a mentally retarded man who is bullied and beaten in prison.
John, Pasmans and Raymond try to pick a lovesick musician off the roof. Nick fights to get back on the team, and Bruno becomes increasingly annoyed that the Mustache always picks the "misses" to pay a fine.
Kassa
Pasmans finally introduces his love to the other team members, even if it doesn't go quite as planned. When the couple leaves for an intimate weekend in Paris, they see a girl on a bicycle run off the road.
The driver commits a hit-and-run. For Pasmans duty comes first. He cancels his fun weekend to track down the killer. Britt and Merel discover that there may be a connection to their case.
Uit de doden
At a dump in the city, Raymond and Pasmans find a human skull. Step by step, John and his team reconstruct the victim's face, lifestyle and personality.
A religious eccentric, an arrogant young artist and a deeply hurt father are reviewed.
Meanwhile, Johan is on a business trip with a client, which gives Britt a vague sense of jealousy.
Kunst
Nick has had little success as an undercover agent so far, but when he is beaten up and robbed one night, the case suddenly takes off.
A hotel guest seduces him for a rendezvous on the Leie and offers him an art deal en passant. Pasmans and Raymond investigate the attack on a young illegal immigrant and cross paths with an old acquaintance.
Brugbeek
A young strawberry grower is caught early in the morning trying to load his dead father into a van. He claims he wanted to take his father to the hospital, but Britt and Merel quickly cut through his story.
Pasmans and Raymond are presented with a slightly less weighty matter from John, namely a 'dognapping'.
When Bruno treats his seriously ill mother to dinner, she makes an outpouring at dessert that permanently changes Bruno's view of John.
Aan de waterkant (1)
The rowing club at the water sports course is in turmoil. Stéphanie, a young rower of 15, has disappeared. When her mobile phone is found among the bushes, everyone understands that she didn't just run away from home.
In between, Pasmans and Raymond deal with a less alarming disappearance: a group of African musicians on tour has lost its orchestra leader.
When Jacqueline is hospitalized, John warns Bruno to get ready.
Aan de waterkant (2)
The team sets out in search of Stéphanie's killer. But her father remains missing and her rowing machine stubbornly maintains his innocence.
The first breakthrough comes after a confession by Jean-Claude Maes. While peeping the night before the disappearance, he saw a man trying to assault Stéphanie at the boathouse. Meanwhile, Bruno and John keep watch at Jacqueline's deathbed.
