When she finds an outdated ranch home in desperate need of updating, she completely renovates the house with rustic and modern touches, opening up the kitchen and living room, adding an outdoor zen space, and reconfiguring the bathroom floorplan. After staging and a new exterior paintjob, she lists the property in hopes of turning a profit.
