What the Flip!
Jeff "trimmed the fat" from his company and fired those employees who only made his life and job harder. He is now hyper-focused on expanding his Jeff Lewis Design empire, but discovers some growing pains as he delegates more and more to his remaining staff than it seems they can handle. Everything blows up in Jeff's face leading to one of his largest meltdowns of all time.
A New Gage in Town
Jeff's partner and head of business affairs, Gage, is overwhelmed with multiple projects and decides to hire his own assistant. Jeff helps Gage out with his needs; however, the lifespan for assistants at Jeff Lewis Design has a low success rate.
Womb for Rent
Jeff's not getting any younger and his desire for a family of his own with Gage has only grown stronger. They turn to using an egg donor and surrogate to help them realize their dreams of having a baby. Sadly, as Jeff and Gage are excited about bringing a new life into the world, they also receive unfortunate news about one of their beloved furry family members.
It's Sabotage
One of Jeff's many gigs is as Creative Director of furniture store chain, Living Spaces. At the same time Jeff and his crew need to organize an epic catalogue shoot, he and Gage also decide to put their dream home, Gramercy, on the market. With too much on his plate, a stressed Jeff does not know if he will be able to successfully pull off this shoot, keep his current clients happy and sell his home.
DSI: Design Scene Investigation
While Jeff's design team finally puts the finishing touches on the George Eads residence, they find that George has a sensitive side...and an opinion. Jeff needs to find his own place to live and work, but an unforeseen epic rainstorm in Los Angeles could literally wash away his plans.
Say Hello to Hollywood
Jeff Lewis and his team are settling into their new Hollywood office, but find that some human resources issues have followed them to the new space. With Joe not stepping up his game, and Vanina losing her focus, Jeff needs to figure out how to keep his current clients happy.
Trouble in Paradise
Jeff and Gage have had a great year with their business and personal relationship...until now. From failing to adequately mourn the loss of their beloved cat, Stewie, to the stress of the move, things start to go wrong and tensions become unbearable.
The House That Jeff Built
After years of trying to start a family, Jeff and Gage (with Jenni in tow) meet the woman they asked to carry their baby for the first time. However, the constant bickering between Gage and Zoila has become intolerable, leaving Jeff to hesitate on bringing home a newborn.
