Gentlemen of East 8th (2022)
The story is about four close friends who were roommates at university.
In 2020, an artificial intelligence engineer Tong Wu, a lecturer at Guo Chun University, a manager of a company store Xiang Xiao Fei and a chef of a western restaurant Li Jie Sen reached the age of maturity in Shanghai. However, they have reached the stage of extreme decline in their careers. Tong Wu is facing difficulties in research and development, Guo Chun has lost his passion for his stable job, Li Jie Senu is struggling to overcome an obstacle, and Xiang Xiao Fei is fighting between his ideals and money. Four men have also faced love in their lives, but their relationship problems are much more complicated than their careers. Tong Wu and his company manager Xu Du face many ups and downs in their relationship. Guo Chun and graduate Ami seem neither close nor far away. Li Jie Sen pursues his idol, a Weibo author named Yue Zi Qian, while Xiang Xiao Fei and businesswoman Liu Sheng Nan sun
