Knocked Up?
After taking a home pregnancy test, and learning they are not pregnant, Giuliana and Bill discuss if they are ready to have a baby. While Giuliana is preparing to host the red carpet at the Emmys, she volunteers to babysit for a co-workers son. Giuliana and Bill have their hands full babysitting... and it doesn't help that they're babysitting the night before Giuliana has a big day of work at the Emmys. During the Emmy broadcast, Giuliana blurts out that she and Bill are trying to have kids.

Operation Ovulation
Giuliana and Bill are settling into their new Chicago home, and discuss getting medical help to get pregnant. They meet with a doctor who advises them to keep trying naturally, but outlines a fertility plan. Giuliana and Bill talk with friends who have been through the ovulation process, and Giuliana and Matthew plot out Giuliana's ovulation on a calendar. Bill has to fly to Indiana and Virginia (for speaking engagements) and to New York (to appear on Rachel Ray)... while Giuliana is in her prime ovulation time.

Family Matters
Giuliana and Bill go to Maryland for a 10k run in memory of Bill's father. While they are there Giuliana catches up with high school friends, and she and Bill debate whether or not to tell their families they are going to a doctor for fertility treatments.

Child's Play
Giuliana is asked to appear on Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader, and Bill flies with the Air Force Thunderbirds. Giuliana and Bill get surprising news from their fertility doctor.

Couple's Retreat
Who needs a vacation? The Rancics set off for the beautiful La Taha'a Island Resort and Spa in Tahiti with four friends! Couples Brenda and Ari and Colet and Farzin find out when they arrive at their island destination that there's more than rest and relaxation on the schedule. G and B have relationship-building exercises planned for everyone--including kayak relay races, snorkeling and a romantic luau! Plus, Giuliana agrees to take massage lessons if Bill learns how to blow out her hair. See who shows a knack for pampering their lover!

Made in Hong Kong
Giuliana is invited by E! to go to Hong Kong to promote the network internationally. She and Bill decide to go - and they both find themselves balancing business and pleasure - as Bill has set up speaking engagements for himself. While in Hong Kong Giuliana starts a series of shots to get ready for the next step in the fertility process.

Giuliana wants to make Bill's house "their" house... and Giuliana & Bill take a big step in the fertility process.
