Lieutenant Colonel Matyushin comes to see him off, asking with hope whether he has changed his mind about flying away. Maxim makes it clear that he is tired of fighting and flies away.
Matyushin briefs newly arrived officers and explains that their main task is to establish peace in the Syrian Arab Republic. To do this, you need to destroy the Al-Makridi group ruling on this land and liberate Palmyra.
