The Little Brick House

The Little Brick House

Mina and Karen are tackling their first renovation of a brick house, and although it has tons of charm and character, it also has problems that need to be fixed. Plus, it's in a new neighborhood for them, which adds to the risk. With the help of the demo crew, Mina and Karen plan to open up this little house and create 3.5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. They give it a rustic, schoolhouse style by adding grayish wood flooring and two amazing antique farmhouse sinks. From the very beginning, Mina and Karen run into issues with this little brick house and are forced to constantly adjust their budget. But when a problem leads to an order from the city, the women worry that they won't be able to finish the house before their budget runs out.
