Жители нашего Городка многое умеют. Они умеют по-хозяйски прикинуть, по-хозяйски пройтись, посмотреть хозяйским глазом и послушать хозяйским ухом. Единственное, чего они не умеют – это быть хозяевами. Поэтому они постоянно надеются, что придёт на нашу землю настоящий хозяин и наведёт наконец порядок. Эта надежда им строить и жить помогает, а также не мешает продавать построенное и со вкусом тратить нажитое. Конечно, наш Городок может выглядеть и получше, и даже обогнать другие городки. И горожане верят – так оно и будет, как только на нашей земле появится настоящий хозяин! Хотя бы один. Хотя бы на одной сотке.
