Испокон века люди соединяли мясо, масло, яйца с разными приправами – солью, сахаром, перцем, горчицей. И только в наше время, время жёсткой экономии, ситуация несколько изменилась, а натуральные приправы стали теми ингредиентами, на которых как раз и удаётся жёстко сэкономить в первую очередь. Конечно, если не считать экономии на масле, мясе и яйцах. А чтобы компенсировать снижение вредности еды из-за отсутствия всех этих компонентов, придумали класть вместо них пищевые добавки. Теперь практически ничего не бывает без красителей, консервантов и усилителей вкуса. Даже наша новая программа – и та «Городок с добавками». А что поделаешь…
