Несмотря на то, что человечество вступило в век высоких технологий, в нашем Городке до сих пор очень многое делается руками. Видимо, в виде компенсации очень мало что делается головой. Некоторые вещи жители Городка виртуозно умеют делать своими руками, но значительно большее количество вещей они виртуозно делают чужими руками. Горожане уверены, что если руки приложить, можно добиться успеха в любом деле. Поэтому в нашем Городке основным приёмом в любом деле является рукоприкладство. Роль рук в Городке настолько велика, что наиболее предусмотрительные жители заводят себе дополнительные – у них есть не только две своих руки, но и по две-три руки во всех основных учреждениях. И даже премьеру новой передачи не постеснялись так и назвать – «Городок с руками».
