After clearing all the clutter and starting the demo, they find surprise after surprise from uneven floors to a missing garage wall to a troublesome roof that turns into a bigger problem than they guessed. With all these rising costs Heather might need to temper her creative impulses to keep the budget in check and make sure they make money on this flip.

Ryan and Kiki have spent all their available cash on this new flip. It's the most they've ever spent on a residential property and it's a stress test from the start!
