Families Helping Families
Mike is going back to his roots and helping families, along with his kids, Michael and Sherry. At a home they dub The City Barn, they plan to fix the weathered roof and make the property more accessible for a 13-year-old who is battling cancer. When the reno is delayed because of structural issues, the Holmes team begins a second job at The Flood House and uncovers how a little leak turned into a nightmare for the homeowners.
Divide and Conquer
Structural issues at their two clients' houses means Mike and Michael must split up and tackle the jobs separately. Michael takes on the roof and other problems at The City Barn, while Mike uncovers unsettling complications when taking down a load-bearing wall at The Flood House. Later, Sherry meets with two apprentices to add to the crew.
Not a Dry Eye in the House
The Flood House is close to completion and the showpiece gas fireplace with a custom mantel brings one of the homeowners to tears. Over at The City Barn, more structural issues arise, creating greater challenges than Mike and the team expected.

No Bones About It
Police are called to investigate after Michael makes a startling discovery at The City Barn. Then, Mike shows The Toxic Townhouse's owners the structural issues and dangerous gas line, and the newest addition to the Holmes family is introduced to the crew.
Bringing the Heat
Mike and the team install a new furnace at The Toxic Townhouse, replacing the decade-old gas fireplace the homeowners were using to heat the home. Then, The City Barn owners are welcomed home with a reveal that takes their breath away.
Unfinished Business
Mike and the crew start a new home that was left half-finished by a contractor and find tons of problems behind the walls. Michael and designer Kimm go shopping for flooring with some furry friends, and Sherry and Cali take baby steps getting to work.
Healthy Holmes
Mike takes the homeowners through The Half Done House to reveal all the issues discovered during demo. Then, Michael and Derek make a sound diffusion board for a basement music room and prepare to return a healthy home to its owners.
A Fresh Start
Mike meets a woman who needs help tackling projects that have accumulated since her husband passed 10 years ago. At The Half Done House, Sherry teaches the apprentices as they frame out the living room's focal point: a show-stopping fireplace.

Mike shocks the owner of the Twice Done House when he discovers mold in her attic. Then, the exterior of The Half Done House gets a major facelift while Sherry and designer Kimm shop for quartz for the bathroom and fireplace.
Wish Come True

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
