Sarah Moore renovates a house on the Greek island of Skiathos after buying it without seeing it during lockdown. Having spent many years holidaying and working on the island, Sarah has developed a deep connection to Skiathos and has long dreamt of owning a house there. The family visit the house for the first time and learn about the complications that come with renovating a house in a country with different rules and regulations.

With building works banned and builders doubling as speedboat drivers in the summer, Sara's build is under pressure with just five weeks till the Greek tourist season begins.

With the Greek summer in full swing and the builders tied up in tourist season, Sarah steps in to keep the renovation moving. But cracks begin to show...
