Tim starts teaching a college auto mechanics class and seems to have a rapport with the students. He then starts trying to act like he did in his college days by going out with his students late at night.

Tim and Jill have major problems with Brads new girlfriend when they discover that she is a 20 year old college junior.
Tim 'The Landlord' Taylor
Tim becomes a landlord when he decides to rent their second house to Al, who gets frustrated with Tim and becomes a stickler with the clauses in the lease. Brad and Randy buy the same shirt.

Tim spends a pleasant time with his four year old niece and decides that having another child would be good.
What a Drag
A accident in Tim's backyard causes Tim to discover a hidden bag of pot. Tim and Jill then try to figure out who's it is and how to handle the situation.

A trust issue arises when the guy Jill previously met at the gym and had dreams about becomes Tim's new granite guy and is working on installing new counter tops in the Taylor's home.
