Lucy meets a couple seen before on Hammer when they made a great job of renovating a London flat. They're back to have another go at a one bed flat in Raynes Park, but are ominous signs of damp a sign that this time may not be such a smooth ride? Martin heads to Twechar in Scotland to a two-bed terrace that's destined to be part of a retirement plan for its golf loving new owner. Martin also meets up with two friends turned business partners who are hoping a semi-detached house in Chesterfield will turn a healthy profit for their joint venture.
