Episode 1
The team look at a couple of terraces in Caerphilly in Wales and Bootle in Merseyside, as well as an ambitious project to develop a large former mill in Stoke-on-Trent. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell talk to the new owners and follow progress on the developments which take anything from a few months to several years to complete.
Episode 2
A new baby, a wedding and brothers in law working together for the first time make today's show a real family affair. Their projects are in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands, Aveley in Essex and Llansamlet near Swansea. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell follow progress on the large semi detached houses and small studio flat.
Episode 3
A three-bed town house in Staleybridge in Cheshire, a maisonette in Barnet in Hertfordshire and an end terrace in West Bromwich in the West Midlands complete with a potential building plot are all sold under the hammer. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell talk to the new owners to hear their plans, which will take between a few weeks and several years to come together.
Episode 4
A period property in Copley in County Durham is sold at auction, as are terraces in Treherbert in Wales and Swinton in Yorkshire. Two are bought by people who want to turn them into their homes, while another sees profit potential in doing it up and selling it on. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell follow their progress.

The new owner of a semi in Faversham in Kent is faced with security issues, while in Liverpool someone buys a piece of land knowing it's unlikely it can be built on. But perhaps the biggest challenge is with a flat in a block in Walworth in London, which is bought despite the fact that it might be demolished. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell follow the auction-buy developments.

A run-down Victorian terrace in Walthamstow, a piece of land in Bury in Greater Manchester and a Victorian pub in the historic mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog in Wales are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Martel talk to the new owners and hear what they hope to achieve with their auction buys. But as the months and years pass, it is clear that not everything goes to plan.

Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell follow progress on projects stretching just a few months to six years, as three sets of families take on ambitious plans to sort out property in Congleton in Cheshire, Coalburn in Lanarkshire and Kings Lynn in Norfolk.
Episode 8
Martel Maxwell meets a developer who plans to add value to a studio flat in Handley, while there is an update on a period house in Birkhamsted which Lucy first saw in 2015, and Martin Roberts chats to a mum and her son who buy two flats in a Victorian house in Bootle in Merseyside.
They all want to make money from their auction investments, and for some the projects run smoothly, while one set of developers have to jump over lots of hurdles to get their project finished.

A terraced house in Wigton in Cumbria, a studio flat in Purley in Surrey and a former working men's club, with planning permission, in Cannock in Staffordshire are sold under the hammer. The team take a look and hear plans from the new owners.

A huge office space above a bank in Tring in Hertfordshire, a terraced house in Ashton-under-Lyne in Lancashire and a semi in Ambergate in Derby are sold under the hammer. The team check out the auction buys and talk to the new owners, who hope to create lovely new homes while making a profit.
Episode 11
Dion visits a two-bed terrace in Salford, Martel goes to Derbyshire to look at a three-bed semi, and Martin is in south London, where a one-bedroom flat is the order of the day. The team want to know whether the renovations of these auction properties have gone to plan or if the owners have bitten off more than they can chew.

Martin is on the Dorset coast finding out whether a six-year journey will result in the perfect home for a young couple. Martel is in Greater Manchester where a mid-terrace is in need of some TLC, and Dion is in Ellesmere Port, where a first-time renovator is tackling a three-bed semi.

Martel Maxwell visits a property in Birmingham with some mesmerising wallpaper and a south Wales house that has her dancing with joy, while Dion Dublin is in Liverpool to see a place that has him a bit confused.

Martin Roberts revisits a Derbyshire development project, overseen by a husband and wife team, which he first came across in 2016. Plus Dion Dublin gets a driving test at a Bootle property and Martel Maxwell is near Preston at a detached property with a strange layout.

Martin Roberts is in Croydon, at a basement flat bought by two brothers and Martel Maxwell visits a colourful terrace in Cumbria. Dion Dublin is in Greater Manchester, where a first-time developer has taken on a real challenge.

Dion Dublin visits a property in Manchester and has some motorised fun with a toy car at a house in Liverpool. Plus the team revisit a London project Lucy Alexander first saw three years previously. It didn't have a roof back then, but it's been worth waiting for the finish.
