It all starts with a kitchen island outfitted with a cookbook shelf and plenty of drawer and cabinet space, an inside-out countertop divided by an accordion-style sit-on-top window, sleek modern barstools, a beefy mixed wood light fixture and extra long plank vinyl flooring in four mesmerizing colors.
