Lindsay and Scott have been renting a downtown Maryland townhouse with Lindsay's brother. Now that Scott and Lindsay are newly married and with a baby on the way, it's time for the couple to move out but they can't agree on where. Lindsay wants to raise their baby close to her parents in rural Maryland in a home surrounded by rustic charm but Scott loves Baltimore and wants to stay in the city in a place with a hip industrial feel. Once these two settle their differences and choose a home, they take on a journey of renovation. Figuring out how to merge their styles while keeping to a budget is not easy task for these high school sweethearts.
