Three brave duos who bought dilapidated houses begin their individual demolitions in hopes of uncovering their own diamond in the rough. Just as the walls start to come down, the drama goes up, tempers run high and the teams' budgets quickly get strained.
Ballooning Budgets and Near Disasters
As the three sets of homeowners get their renovations underway, serious and near-fatal events threaten to derail the projects. The teams must work around a crashing chimney, skyrocketing budgets and severe weather in order to finish their dream homes.
Break-ins and Breakdowns
As the homeowners continue working on their renovations, major stress over money and time bring things to a boiling point. Progress is further stalled when permits don't come through, and a break-in leaves one couple questioning everything.
Crossing the Finish Line
In order to complete their renovations on time, the three teams work under extreme pressure to take on last-minute problems. Then, the homeowners cross the finish line as they share their stunning home transformations with friends and family.
