Season 1
Episodes
Épisode 1
At the start of the school year, Benjamin and Noé, with very different characters, find themselves in the same 4th grade class, at the discreet scheme of their mother Sali. The latter is in full search of work after having devoted her last years to the education of her children. Paul continues his activity as a florist and can always count on the support of his best and whimsical friend, Manu. But when Lazare, to whom Paul had not spoken for years for an unknown reason, arrives unexpectedly from Côte d'Ivoire, this joyous balance is upset!
Épisode 2
The impromptu arrival of Lazare, which awakened in Benjamin the desire to find his biological parents, pushes the Aloka family to begin the relative steps with the ASE. Noah secretly falls in love with Emma who seems to have eyes only for Benjamin. Paul, for his part, is up against the wall: having discovered the real reason for Lazare's arrival at his home, he has no choice but to help him, despite an old dispute. Sali is torn between preparing for her job interview, the existential questions of her bond with Benjamin, and managing her own mother, the thunderous Mamita. She had the good idea to organize a big party to celebrate the departure for London of her other daughter. But when the time comes for the family reunion, nothing will go as planned!
Épisode 3
After receiving the letter from the ASE announcing his biological parents' refusal to meet him, Benjamin becomes increasingly uncontrollable, at school and elsewhere. Sali has a string of professional disappointments. On the advice of her friend Prune (who is in the process of divorcing Manu), Sali reconnects with her ex, Farid, a recruitment specialist... Ousmane, Sali's father, who has discovered a friend in Lazare, tells him of his desire to return to Africa to spend his old age there. Paul, meanwhile, lets Lazarus live with them after realizing he couldn't leave him in a refugee camp. But welcoming an elderly person, who is moreover restless and unpredictable, risks not being easy, both at home and at the flower shop!
Épisode 4
Without telling Paul, Sali, Lazare and Mamita sneak into ASE one night to steal the identity of Benjamin's biological parents. The latter, expelled from college for three days, goes to the countryside with Manu to put his ideas back in place... and discover that the story of Prune and Manu is not the clearest. Noé is preparing for his piano audition and is looking for a way to please Emma, who does not yet suspect his feelings. Paul finds out about the ASE expedition and can't believe it... And what can they do now that they know the identity of Benjamin's biological mother? To meet her ? Ignore it? Talk to Benjamin?
Épisode 5
After the expedition to the doll shop, Sali and Paul discover with relief the true identity of Benjamin's biological mother who finally wishes to meet him. At school, Emma falls in love with Benjamin for good, plunging Noé into a real upheaval... Moreover, Sali understands Farid's real expectations, giving substance to Paul's concerns. Finally, while Lazare risks being expelled from France and Paul struggles to prevent it, Mamita learns of Ousmane's plan to return to the country...
Épisode 6
Benjamin wants his whole little family to accompany him to Normandy to meet his biological mother, Eve. It was during this trip of a few days to Cabourg that Benjamin tried to understand why his brother Noé had a grudge against him. The abortive expulsion of Lazare sheds light on Paul's past and his link with this father who did not see him born. Prune wonders what to do with her affair with Manu, while Mamita and Ousmane seem increasingly irreconcilable. Paul and Sali, subjected to many hardships as a couple, parents and children, must find the foundations of their family to lead it to meet Eve...
