Main Feature: Japanese Animation - CODE:BREAKER
The popular action battle comic, CODE:BREAKER, serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2008, makes a fresh start as a TV cartoon this October. Here's all the latest from the production site! The code breakers are secret agents with special powers who give up their own past and real names and are assigned to hush up evil doings that cannot be brought before the law. Original author Akimine Kamijyo's first work, Samurai Deeper Kyo, is number two in Japanese comic book sales in France after only NARUTO! Yasuhiro Irie, also known for the megahit FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST, is the CODE:BREAKER director and the KINEMA CITRUS studio of Psalms of Planets Eureka Seven fame handles the production. The staff are keen and this new type of action-battle cartoon is now all the rage among Japanese animation fans.
