Hoosier Daddy
Mary must protect a drug dealer's young son, who has been adopted by another WITSEC family, after the dad sues for custody upon his release from prison. Mary realizes the case is an attempt to keep the boy from testifying against his father's boss, but she has a difficult time proving it to the judge.

Never the Bride
Mary poses as a bridesmaid to protect a diamond smuggler who planned a high-profile wedding while in the program.

Trojan Horst
Marshall and Mary are stranded in the desert with a prisoner after hit men sabotage their vehicle, wounding Marshall in the process. Meanwhile, Jinx uncovers a painful truth about her past and vows, yet again, to clean up her act.

Who Shot Jay Arnstein?
An art dealer under Mary's watch is shot, and the suspects include his mistress and his wife, who supposedly is unaware of the other woman.

Season 1 ends with Mary fearing for her job after Brandi's involvement with drug trafficking is revealed. Meanwhile, Stan and Marshall take on a special assignment.
