Season 1
Episodes
Arrival
As the boys arrive at the Eton of India, Jack and Alfie adapt best, while Harry slips into old habits. Having not been in school for two years, Jake and Ethan find it hard to adjust to the new regime.
A Fight and a Punishment
Jack is doing better than the other British boys in class, but when he doesn't join in with a dare, he faces extreme consequences. As the only openly gay boy in school, Ethan finds it hard to fit in. To help him learn more about Indian culture, school tutor Amrit takes Ethan to visit members of the local trans Kinnar community. Harry's temper gets the better of him as he gets into a fight. And after continuing to disrespect the school rules, Jake and the headmaster lock horns, with drastic results.
Escape and Newspapers
After three months at the Doon School, all the boys are missing home; not least Alfie and Harry whose attendance and engagement in class have taken a turn for the worse. Ethan ruffles a few feathers when he writes an article for the prestigious school newspaper on being the first 'out' gay Doon boy. Jack goes on a trek into the Himalayas to find the source of the Ganges, on a mission to help build his confidence. And it's exam time, as the boys retake their core GCSEs. Will they get the grades they so desperately want?
