Since Phillip can work remotely and Melissa home-schools their four children, this move is perfect for the family to enjoy both the small town feel of SPI and still be right at the beach. Once they find their dream home with help from Gayle Hood of Padre Elite Team, the whole family will be able to settle down and enjoy island living.
