Season 1
In Season 1 of Island of Bryan, viewers watched Bryan and Sarah Baeumler leave their home and business behind and move their family to an undeveloped island in Bahamas in order to renovate and restore a run-down beach front resort.
Season 2
Season 2 picks up where Season 1 left off: after a rollercoaster year of construction, the resort's grand opening date is set just a few months away. With the budget maxed out and more at stake than ever, Bryan and Sarah will have to tackle the seemingly impossible in order to transform the property into their spectacular vision: Caerula Mar Club.
Eight jam-packed episodes continue this epic family adventure, giving the viewer an all-access pass into the most ambitious project the Baeumlers have ever taken on.

Season 3
Season 2 of Island of Bryan ended with Caerula Mar Club open for business, leaving the audience excited for the next chapter of the Baeumlers' great adventure. Season 3 picks up in the midst of a pandemic that has had an enormous impact on the hotel. With the next phase of construction underway, the Baeumlers put the finishing touches on the hotel to re-open the doors to guests. Will all of their blood, sweat, and tears result in a successful hotel business? In the midst of all of this, they work on establishing a new home base for the family.
Season 4
Bryan and Sarah Baeumler's epic family adventure continues in Island of Bryan Season 4. With Caerula Mar Club now running as smoothly as can be expected, the Baeumler's plan to set up their new home base in Florida, just a short commute from the hotel. In order to make their Florida house a home, it's going to take a whole lot of work, while the island continues to deliver challenge after challenge. Will Bryan and Sarah's attempt to reclaim some normalcy result in more chaos for the family, or is this the future for the Baeumlers?
