Customer service, attention to detail and following instructions are essential when you're checking people in, baggage handling and working as part of the airport's fire service. However, there is a lot to remember and absolutely no room for error - not to mention the challenge of fighting a fire on a fuselage. It might be training, but the flames are very real.
