On Guernsey's Cobo beach, caterer Mim Sarre is expecting a new arrival that she hopes will transform her business: a bright pink, custom-built pizza truck that is being shipped from the USA. Mim plans to fire up the pizza van ovens for the first time at the Seafront Sunday market of the year event. But with days to go, the pizza truck is yet to make it to dryland.

In St Mary on Jersey, record-breaking metal detectors Rich and Reg target a new location they hope contains yet more historical finds. After discovering the largest Iron Age hoard in western Europe over 10 years ago, the pair have high hopes for the new location… and are certainly not disappointed.

In Greve de Lecq on Jersey, passionate bird conservationist Cris is committed to preserving the small and endangered puffin colony. At St Ouen's Bay on Jersey's west coast, foraging fanatic Kazz has a special request from Michelin chef Nick Valmagna from The Grand Jersey Hotel. As he sets out on his mission to find six wild ingredients - will Kazz be lucky enough to source them all?
