Episode 2
Now in their second week of training, the pressure steps up and the junior paramedics deal with their most testing cases yet. From a woman having heart attack, to getting to grips with a dislocated ankle in subzero temperatures and one student comes face to face with every junior paramedic's worst fear.
Episode 3
Amy is pushed to the brink with a mental health case and Steph finds out what it is like to treat someone of the same age.
Episode 4
Steph keeps her wits about her at an armed siege and Ashley shows nerves of steel when dealing with a patient at a house fire.
Episode 5
The juniors are nearing the end of their placement, but finding that the patients don't get any easier. Bryn is struggling to overcome his fear when dealing with babies, Steph is faced with a teenager trapped under a car and Lucy has to deal with her first cardiac arrest.
Episode 6
Bryn faces his biggest challenge yet with a complicated trauma case. The mentors mark the juniors' performances.
Episode 7
The final episode relives the highs and lows of their placements and sees how far they have progressed and grown in confidence.
