Goliath: Part 1
King Silas Benjamin is the well-entrenched king of Gilboa, whose flag bears a divine butterfly symbol. Gilboa has its capital in Shiloh, a clean new city that is unspoiled by time or litter. Silas must deal with the tensions rising between Gilboa and neighboring nation Gath. When several prisoners of war are taken, a young soldier, David Shepherd, defies orders and crosses enemy lines to save them. Unknown to David, the soldier he saves is Jack Benjamin, the son of the king. From that day forth, David's life will never be the same.

Prosperity
As Queen Rose prepares the mansion for the arrival of the Gath military, King Silas and General Abner plot against David Shepherd. David's noticeable absence at the peace treaty signing is called into question by Gath's leader, ultimately impeding the ceremony. Meanwhile, William plans to assert his power over the treasury in attempt to weaken the King. Jack, outraged over his parents' dismissive treatment decides to go on an impromptu shopping spree.

First Night
Unbeknownst to Queen Rose, King Silas steals away from her first royal ballet event to rush to the bedside of his ailing illegitimate son. While Rose and Jack scheme to tarnish David's heroic public image with a night out on the town, Reverend Samuels and the King remain at odds.

Insurrection
King Silas uses Port Prosperity to negotiate peace with Gath, forcing David to choose between his King and his family. When citizens begin to rebel against Silas' decision, Michelle gets involved and further complicates the situation. Jack faces a difficult decision when his uncle, William Cross, tries to persuade him to defy his father.

Judgment Day
The kingdom prepares for Judgment Day, an annual event where ten cases are chosen for King Silas to preside over. When Michelle and David are forced to compete for the tenth case, their relationship becomes strained. Jack and Katrina's relationship intensifies as they conspire to attain more power. The king and queen's nephew Andrew Cross returns to the kingdom after years in exile, stirring up old conflicts within the royal family.

Brotherhood
King Silas sends Jack and David to Gath to reinforce the peace agreement. David quickly learns that the trip is much more than just a diplomatic tour when Gath asks for an unusual and dangerous favor. Michelle discovers that her health care bill may have created more problems than it solved. Meanwhile, Silas faces the potential crisis of a deadly plague entering his city.

The Sabbath Queen
King Silas' birthday celebration is interrupted by a citywide blackout that puts the royal family in danger. The blackout gives Michelle and David a chance to be alone, and provides Jack with an opportunity to engage in his secret double life without being noticed. Meanwhile, a decision from Silas' past catches up with him and threatens his future.

Pilgrimage
King Silas goes on a pilgrimage and takes a surprised David with him. While out in the country, David is introduced to the king's hidden life outside the palace walls. Meanwhile, Michelle and Jack's secret love lives are under the threat of being exposed forcing Queen Rose to take protective action.

Chapter One
King Silas sends David on a quest to recover a national treasure, the Charter of Gilboa. While on the mission, David discovers shocking information about his father's death. Meanwhile, Jack's engagement to Katrina brings grief from Queen Rose and generosity from Silas.

Javelin
David is arrested for treason and Silas puts the trial in Jack's hands. Meanwhile, an unexpected medical condition pulls Michelle away from David's trial and brings her closer to Rose.

The New King: Part 1
After imprisoning Jack and David for treason, Silas continues with his plan to hand over Port Prosperity to long-time enemy Gath. Meanwhile, Michelle seeks a way to keep David alive.

The New King: Part 2
Jack and William make plans for Jack to take his father's place as King of Gilboa. To everyone's surprise, Silas is alive and David escapes Shiloh to warn Silas about the chaos to come.
