In Hamilton, Kirstie and Phil dive headfirst into a domestic battleground with warring couple Scott and Jaqui. With the kids now gone, the house no longer works and is causing consternation. Meanwhile, Phil navigates treacherous waters, searching for properties to meet Jaqui's high standards and somehow persuade Scott that selling up is the best option - all within a £450,000 List It budget. With emotions running high and compromises in short supply, it's an epic showdown. Who'll come out on top?
