Sarah & Caradog - Swansea

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Swansea to help Sarah and Caradog, who moved into their four-bedroom home shortly before their third child was born in 2008 and have been struggling for space ever since, with only one bathroom, a cramped kitchen and an office squeezed into the box room. Sarah is ready to list it. But Caradog is determined to love it and is convinced this home can work with Kirstie's magic touch. He also loves the garage and thinks it'll be hard to beat elsewhere. With a long list of problems to solve and a budget of £75,000, Kirstie has a tricky task on her hands. But will a refurbished family heirloom swing it in her favour? Meanwhile, Phil hits the streets with a search budget of £500,000, looking for three fabulous houses to make Caradog question his allegiance to Team Love It.
