The third series of Kongen Befaler, consisting of just eight episodes, was originally broadcast on discovery+ and TVNorge between February and March 2021.
The fresh contestants were: Egil Hegerberg, Erik Follestad Johansen, Jenny Skavlan, Linn Skåber, and Trond Fausa Aurvåg.

Langrennslys
In this episode the contestants must bring in something they have (but should not), burst all of the balloons, build a carrot tower while naming mammals, work out what a switch does, and roll objects through a pipe.

Absolutt gefyll
In this episode the contestants must bring in something Atle doesn't know the price of, put the most balls in a tube, fill glasses with the same amount of soda, pop a popcorn kernel, and draw as many playing cards as possible.

Knipestag
In this episode the contestants must bring in something they have but do not understand, pop some bubble wrap, write a word that they think Atle has never said, deliver a rope to Olli, and stack their groceries.

Late-Linn
In this episode the contestants must bring in something that has too many holes, draw the biggest bike, put all the Duplos back in a bag, build the tallest cardboard box tower, and sort some plasticine by colour.

Dominohistorier
In this episode the contestants must bring in the last thing they held in their hand, place some exercise balls on top of a ski jump, memorise a code, create the best domino effect, and draw the second longest snake.

In this episode the contestants must bring in something they wash too rarely, convince Atle that a car is going to 'backwards land', get an egg as high as possible, hang Atle's painting in the dark, and conceal a fruit on their person.

Havets frukt
In this episode the contestants must bring in their finest fruit sculpture, make a plastic bag as heavy as possible, put a blue marble in a tin can, save Olli's family, and draw the monster described by the Taskmaster.

Les brevet 100 ganger
In this season finale, the contestants must bring in something they use too much (or too little), empty all the bottles, keep a train on its rails, burn a string to ring a bell, and pop up before a toaster does
