Kayo (Momoko Tanabe) and her childhood friend Shinnosuke (Takumi Kizu) made a promise of 'matchmaking' when they were young by connecting the Southern C monuments on Chigasaki Southern Beach into a circle. Kayo she has been thinking of Shinnosuke ever since. Chara man Taki (Fuju Kamio) relentlessly starts approaching her Kayo! On the other hand, Kushida (Mei Tanaka) also invites feelings for Shinnosuke. At that time, Arasa (Kayo Noro) notices.
