Güney lashes out at Burak regarding the glove and Kuzey also takes Burak to account as he is unaware of the glove issue. Kuzey announces to everyone that he will be close to Sinaners until he finds answers to the question marks in his mind. While Güney, Kuzey and Burak are dealing with the crisis, Barış and Ebru Sinaner are making plans to save the future of the company behind closed doors. The financial situation of the company is not as shown to the partners. This plan, known only to Ebru and Barış, needs to be realized before the public offering.
After their conversation with Kuzey, Cemre desperately tries to hold on to her new life to no avail. Zeynep, on the other hand, finds a way to get closer to Kuzey using his birthday as an excuse. Kuzey says he does not want to attend any celebration. Zeynep not only draws everyone's compliments with the birthday present she prepares for Kuzey's, she also uses this situation to hurt Cemre. Kuzey appreciates the present but will not respond to Zeynep's advances. In the meantime, Cemre manages to hold herself from calling Kuzey to wish him happy birthday.
Barış stays in Turkey one night without everyone's knowledge and meets with Melda Yalgın representative of a foreign company that provide services to sinking companies. Behind closed doors with Barış Hakmen, Melda Yalgin plays a leading role in taking very important decisions that will affect the future of the Sinaner Group of Companies. The short-term agreement she will make secretly with the Sinaners will change in time with Güney's involvement in the events.
Barış's delay, other than his mother only known by Can, makes Can uncomfortable making things more suspicious with the news of Burak's near death car accident.

Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
