Simay's clues confuse Kuzey, but he feels glimmer of hope for Cemre's freedom. When Kuzey shares what he learns from Simay with Güney and his brother takes advantage of everything to pretend that he is fixing everything with the Sinanaers.
Güney, who learns about the bargain between Barış and Deniz, and uses it to fit his own plans. Güney realizes that Cemre is going to be released despite all his efforts. He changes his plans and decides if Cemre is to be released from prison, it must be on his terms. Acting as "ambassador" between the Sinaners and Kuzey, Güney tells Kuzey Barış will change his testimony if he promises to leave Istanbul and Cemre's life. Accoirndg to Güney, Cemre's freedom now depends on Kuzey.
Cemre suddenly gets sick in prison and comes face to face with death. Learning that Cemre has been taken into surgery, Gülten and Kuzey experience great panic. Kuzey, finally reaches important information about the "third person" in the mansion. Kuzey and Şeref separately pursue Simay. Guney, who thinks that he has secured his place in both the mansion and the company forever, is unaware of the danger that awaits him. When the iron bars between Kuzey and Cemre, are removed, their love faces another difficult test.
