The grand finale has arrived, and the artists head to the banks of the River Thames where they hope to impress the judges one last time
Commission - North Wales, National Trust
This year's winner heads to Snowdonia to take on and complete a £10,000 commission to commemorate Dinas Oleu for the National Trust.
