First Jordan heads to The Yard in Shadyside where they're grilling up more than 29 different kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches! He tries a breakfast grilled cheese that's sure to leave egg on his face before slaying his hunger with their Buffy the Mac Slayer, which is filled with buffalo chicken and gooey mac and cheese. Then Jordan heads downtown to Caribbean-themed Pirata for flavorful Jamaican beef patties, skirt steak tacos and adventurous pirate life. Lastly, it's a trip to Umami in Lawrenceville for some mouth-watering Japanese-style fried chicken and deep-fried mochi ice cream.

Jordan Andino explores the Montreal food scene, and it doesn't disappoint. First, he heads to Notre Dame de Grace to try the late night discount menu at Monkland Tavern. Jordan falls in love with the braised calamari caponata, but his mind is blown by the many flavors in the soft shell crab banh mi. Next up, it's off to Moishe's, one of Montreal's oldest steak restaurants in Plateau Mont Royal. Jordan gets started with a superlative filet mignon poutine that's wowing the younger late night crowd and follows it up with grilled chicken and stuffed baked potato. Finally, he heads to Little Italy only to discover a Venezuelan hot spot serving cheesy, gooey pastries and a passion fruit pulled pork arepa that makes his heart sing.

Jordan Andino hits the ground running in Portland, Maine, a tiny New England town with a lot to offer late at night. He starts off at Nosh, a late night hangout known for supersized sandwiches and over-the-top snack food. First up is a juicy burger made with four kinds of meat served on a mac and cheese bun. He tops that off with something from the "lighter side" -- gooey, golden Polenta Cheese Fries. Then, it's off to Union Wharf to test out the late night menu at Liquid Riot, Portland's only triple-threat restaurant, brewery and distillery. Jordan sinks his teeth into their gourmet lobster roll and then samples their adult ice cream sandwich infused with house-made Fernet liqueur. He wraps up his trip at Rhum Food and Grog, a basement tiki bar dishing up delicious Polynesian skewers, chicken wings with a tropical twist and flaming cocktails to boot.

Jordan Andino's on the west coast, checking out what Vancouver has to offer after hours. His first stop is tapas bar Espana, where he cracks into a Spanish version of a British Scotch egg and follows that up with incredible seafood paella. Next he heads to the Gastown neighborhood and stops at Clough Club, known for its twisted-up street food and cultivated cocktails. Jordan spoons up Chef Alvin's unique creation, Potachos, a mashup of tater tots and classic nachos, and takes a bite out of a Banh Mi Hot Dog. He washes it all down with Clough Club's signature drink, a lemony, floral concoction playfully called the "It's Not You, It's Me." Finally, Jordan's off to The Arbor, where meatless cuisine takes a new turn with old favorites. He chows down on crispy Baja Tacos with a mushroom twist and their top-selling late night dish, the surprisingly "meaty" Arburger.

Jordan Andino is in Providence, Rhode Island, a small town bursting with late night eating opportunities. He starts off in College Hill at Durk's BBQ, the city's only Texas BBQ joint, where he bites into succulent brisket nachos and gets a sweet surprise from Durk's tangy lemon chess pie. Then he heads over to Federal Hill to try a collision of flavors from all over the world at North. Jordan gets a taste of the country with scrumptious, bite-sized ham biscuits and tries Chef James Mark's Asian-inspired Dan Dan noodles, a crave-worthy late night favorite. Finally, he heads to Ogie's Trailer Park, where classic comfort foods are served to loyal customers in a unique environment. Jordan dives into a fried chicken sandwich encrusted with ranch tortilla chips and wolfs down the crowd-pleasing Mac and Cheese Croquettes that Ogie's sells by the bushel. No night is complete without a trip to their outdoor tiki bar, and Jordan rounds out his Providence experience with Ogie's take on a classic Mai Tai.

Chef Jordan Andino is headed to St. Louis, Mo., the Gateway to the West and a wide variety of culinary delights. He kicks off his visit at Guerilla Street Food, which serves up Filipino cuisine with a Midwest riff. Street-style pork is served with calamansi sauce and a poached egg, and fried chicken finds the perfect blend of sweet, salty and tangy. Next up is an old-school diner called The Fountain on Locust, where Jordan gets a taste of classic comfort foods and delectable desserts. A new take on chicken pot pie brings Moroccan flavors front and center, but the dish that takes the cake is the Sundae Gambler -- a pineapple upside-down sundae with bourbon butterscotch and bananas flambe. For his final stop, Jordan ambles into Gamlin Whiskey House and not only discovers where they hide their whiskey -- in braised and bonded short ribs -- but also gets to try a St. Louis staple, the fried ravioli. He caps off his journey with a nightcap reminiscent of Madison Avenue, the sultry smoked Manhattan.

Chef Jordan Andino is in Atlanta, where cosmopolitan glamour and Southern traditions collide. He kicks off his adventure at 5Church, a midtown haven dishing out signature Southern comfort. Jordan bites into his first fried green tomato, stuffed full of gooey pimento cheese, and follows it with a sophisticated lamb burger that oozes Gorgonzola cheese. Next, it's off to sample a new flavor combo, Cajun Asian, at Bon Ton. Chef Hieu Pham's love for all things New Orleans collides with his Vietnamese heritage, and Jordan tries spicy cold noodles with charbroiled oysters, followed up with a bacon-laden po' boy that reminds him of a Vietnamese banh mi. Lastly, Jordan checks out Atlanta's ode to soul food, Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours, where the menu is inspired by Chef Deborah VanTrece's childhood in the South, her world travels and classic French techniques. Jordan bites into sweet and spicy Candy Coated Wings, and after a splash of moonshine, he digs into the surprise star of Chef Deborah's late-night menu, the vegetable pave.

Chef Jordan Andino heads south for a stop in Music City. While Nashville may be best known for its music, it's also known for its mouthwatering cuisine. Jordan starts off his journey through this Southern jewel at Butcher and Bee, where Chef Bryan Weaver's take on fried chicken brings elements of Italy and Japan to Nashville's traditional hot chicken, making it a hands-down favorite. Jordan also learns the secret behind Butcher and Bee's irresistible avocado rice bowl with chicken. Next up, he heads to the 12 South neighborhood, where Mafiaoza Pizzeria has become one of the city's top pizza purveyors. Their best-selling ravioli sticks are incredibly cheesy, and the popular Last Request pizza leaves nothing off the toppings list. Jordan's last stop is a late night destination in a tree. The Treehouse Restaurant's chef Jason Zygmont brings his inventive flair to simple classics, like the best ever BLT and house-made Tonkatsu Ramen.

He starts off at one of the city's finest taprooms, Craftsmen Kitchen and Tap House, where each menu item is expertly crafted to pair with one of their many beers. Jordan tucks into crowd-pleasing, Mexican-style street fare with a zesty scallop ceviche and roasted street corn. He also tries the Crunchy Dame, an old French favorite - the croque madame - that reaches new levels of Southern decadence with the addition of pork belly and cherry jam. Next, he heads to the city's most glamorous diner, The Rarebit, where the chef is cooking the way his grandma taught him. Jordan learns the secrets behind the mouthwatering shrimp and grits and tries a real Southern staple, fried chicken and waffles. Lastly, it wouldn't be a trip to the South without some award-winning barbecue, so Jordan ends his journey at Home Team BBQ. They knock pulled pork nachos out of the park, and Jordan finishes off the night with one of his favorites, smoked wings with Alabama white sauce.

His first stop is Pasco Kitchen and Lounge, where he tries street tacos with slow-roasted pork and their late-night bestseller, the Pasco Nachos loaded with cheesy platinum sauce and even more juicy pork. Next up, he takes an unexpected trip to the bayou at The Parish Gastropub, where he makes traditional Cajun Gumbo and gets an education in Cajun backcountry cuisine with his first taste of frog legs. The journey really heats up for Jordan's last stop at Dante's Fire, a restaurant fashioned after the seven deadly sins. He tries the Papardelle Diablo, a dish full of fiery chorizo, housemade pasta and luscious lump crab, and caps off the evening with a sinful sweet -- s'mores with housemade ice cream, bourbon caramel and a flaming meringue.

Chef Jordan Andino heads to California's breadbasket, Sacramento. His first stop is Hook and Ladder Manufacturing Company, a converted warehouse that serves up spectacular Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, tapas-style. Chef Matt Masera shows Jordan the secret to his Salumi Pizza -- fresh dough and locally made cured pork -- and Jordan sinks his teeth into an old Italian favorite, lemon arancini. For his second stop, Jordan hits up Sauced BBQ and Spirits for the Dougie, an oversized burger piled high with BBQ brisket, onion rings and one of their signature sauces. He also grabs a bumpkin, an egg roll stuffed full of brisket, cheese and Southwest flavor. Jordan's last stop is Chando's Cantina, where the Mexican street foods don't disappoint. He tries Chando's signature dish, Asada Pambazo, a mole-dipped meat sandwich bursting with flavor, and discovers a trio of Mexican dipping sauces that make the restaurant's chicken wings take flight.
