Episode 15
Fook-chuen does not want to defend himself anymore. Sun-hop wants to give up as he fails to dissuade him. Sun-hop attracts criticism as he uses the press to scold Fook-chuen. Yat-ha, Ching-mui and their chums hope they can retrieve Yu-heen’s blood stained clothes as they want to prove he was at the death scene. But they have to overcome hurdles. Siu-wang lends a helping hand. Sun-hop helplessly agrees to his request. Mei-la eventually finds some blood stained garment. Regrettably, she is rebuffed by Chun-ngok in court. Sun-hop then asks Fook-chuen if he had killed someone. Fan Sai-cheong, who is Siu-wang’s opponent in the Hong Kong Bar’s leadership election, seeks Sun-hop’s support, but he fails. Sai-cheong is worried about Siu-wang and Yat-fan having arbitrarily reached some agreement. He reminds Sun-hop not to rally for Siu-wang. Ching-mui’s father Chiu Cheung-fung thinks Ching-mui is pregnant. He is certain Yat-ha is involved.
