It is with new patients that we return to the pediatric department of the Leonardo da Vinci Hospital in Arcachon. Zoé, Benji, Gabriel, Emma and Nathan are in the hospital full time, taken care of after the sudden discovery of their disease, or already in treatment, sometimes for a long time. Zoé and Nathan, who have just arrived, must learn to live in this place while outside, they had a fully traced life. Emma dreams of going out when Gabriel feels in the hospital better than anywhere else. All different, but all sick, the new Red Bracelets will get to know and trust each other, even when some of them fear each other. However, it is always in friendship that they find the strength to fight and keep hope, even if for Benji there is no longer any...

Episode 23
Suffering from a degenerative disease, Benji has been in hospital for years. His best friend, Gabriel, is in a wheelchair following a terrible car accident. They will meet Zoé, admitted for an arm fracture, but whose analyses reveal that her state of health is more serious than expected. Forced to stay in the hospital as she prepares to take her entrance exams in Oxford, Zoé shares her room with Emma. She is waiting for her mother's analysis results to obtain a kidney transplant. Finally, Nathan is admitted to the emergency room, victim of a surfing accident. Gabriel will have to share his room with someone he would have liked to never see again...

Episode 24
While Darius, Zoe's brother in the hospital, discovers that her sister has passed the Oxford interview quietly, Emma is delighted: she will finally be able to stop dialysis because Joyce's kidney, her mother, is totally compatible. Nathan wakes up in the hospital, in panic: he lost his sight and did not recognize Gabriel. The latter hides from everyone knowing him, but he does everything possible to change rooms.

Episode 25
Lors de son traitement, Zoé rencontre César, qui se bat contre son cancer depuis des années et lui explique que la chimio peut faire baisser les capacités intellectuelles… Zoé réalise alors qu'elle doit abandonner son concours pour se traiter. Quant à Gabriel, il avoue à Benji la vraie raison de son accident. Et Nathan n'y est pas étranger. Autre mauvaise nouvelle : la transplantation d'Emma ne s'est pas passée comme prévu. Son dernier espoir : retrouver ce père qu'elle n'a jamais connu.

Episode 26
Benji's situation is getting worse but he does everything to hide it from his friends. Emma meets her father for the first time, but refuses to consider him as such. While Gabriel has finally confessed to Nathan who he really is, he has difficulty accepting his share of responsibility for the accident. Zoé did not give up Oxford and asks her entourage to describe it in a few words as part of an essay. It's not easy to know who you are when you're only 15 years old...

Episode 27
Zoé is taken in Oxford, but the evolution of her cancer could compromise everything... Emma, caught up in her desire to know her father, gets closer to him, waiting for him to give her kidney. And Nathan, now reconciled with Gabriel, must now face a choice: he can try a risky operation if he wants to regain his sight. Little by little, Benji's disease makes him feel out of step with his friends who move forward, keep hope and fight to get out of the hospital...

Episode 28
Following his operation, Nathan gradually regains his sight, but his parents are facing terrible news. Zoé, in remission, is already delighted to join Oxford, but she must now convince Caesar, for whom chemo did not work, to continue to fight and accept an experimental treatment. When he learns that his kidney is not compatible, Emma's father can't assume and abandons his family once again... Finally, when Benji announces that he will leave the hospital to go home, his friends make every effort to fulfill his very last wish...
