In this episode, Kirstie and Phil are house-hunting in Essex. Kirstie is with Jay and Charlene, parents to one-year-old Kai, who bought and refurbished their two bed home in Romford but now want to upsize to Chelmsford. They've struggled with the fast pace of the Chelmsford market while juggling caring for their baby and holding down full-time jobs - and Kirstie has to cope with their very different approaches to house-hunting. Meanwhile, Phil's with Jemma and Graham, who returned from Los Angeles three years ago and want to settle in Southend-on-Sea. The couple live a frugal life, only buying what they need, and over 20 years have saved the ú300k to buy their home. However, parting with the cash is a worry and they need the expert help of Phil to help them spend it wisely.
