As we approach half-way point of the game, Rebel Wilson has her eye on every comedian, careful not to miss even the tiniest chuckle. A new character arrives to ruffle a few feathers and an unexpected reaction to a joke sees one of the comedian's future hanging in the balance.

The Bum Note
Rebel warns players against passive play and encourages the comedians to go on the "attack." One comedian in particular tensly awaits the severity of his violation - will it be a yellow card or a red card?

Helen From Hell
A shock elimination leaves only three comedians standing, and to increase the pressure, Rebel launches a "zombie" into the game room to shake things up.

There Can Be Only One
It's a no holds barred final assault on the senses as the two surviving comedians go head to head for the last grueling 30 minutes of the game. Who will be the winner of $100,000 and earn the title of The Last One Laughing?
